Who Are We?
You Move Meis a moving franchise & we primarily do home to home moves but we also do office space & commercial space moves too! You Move Me offers a premium moving service worldwide & we are now hiring a new dynamic, motivated & driven General Manager to join our Toronto, Ontario team. This position offers consistent growth, development & franchise expansion opportunities.

Duties:
Support and collaborate with all department
Follow through on all planning and forecast meetings
Create a vision and a path for crew members to advance personally and professionally
Oversee labor/payroll/hiring/training/retaining
Ensure the accuracy of balance sheets
Must track, monitor & exceed sales & revenue monthly & yearly targets
Be able to communicate effectively, work cohesively & positively with teammates & clients
Have the ability to lift/load and move items 40-80 lbs
Qualifications:
Good verbal and written skills
Good organizational & time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Thoroughness & detail-oriented a must
Excellent attention to detail
Must be a team player
1 yr + of management experience
1 yr + of sales experience
1 yr + of CRM experience (EX: Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Oracle)
Previous work in moving / logistics / delivery not mandatory but an asset
Second language not mandatory but an asset
