With operations across the United States and Canada, strategic partnerships throughout the mobility ecosystem, and ambitious expansion plans, we're looking for an entrepreneurial operator to lead our Canadian business.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a General Manager, Canada to own and scale Autzu's Canadian business.
This is a true General Manager role with full responsibility for operations, growth, financial performance, customer experience, fleet utilization, team leadership, and market expansion.
You'll work directly with our executive team while building Canada's operating playbook for future expansion.

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years leading operations, business units, or regional organizations
- Strong P&L ownership
- Experience scaling multi-location businesses
- Experience in fast-paced operational environments
- Comfortable balancing strategy with day-to-day execution

Compensation
- CAD $150,000–170,000 Base
- Performance Bonus (20–35%)
- Equity (for exceptional candidates)
