Full job description
Operating the Guillotine
Ensure stone is lined up, feed it into the machine, split at proper thickness, and that the pace is suitable to maximize production while respecting the speed of the employee pilling the stone
· Operate the splitter safely to feed stone through to the employees that are pilling
Piling off the Guillotine
Sort, lift, and pile stone off the guillotine and stack neatly onto pallets as per thickness
Squaring edges with hammer and chisel
Flagging/Splitting Squares
Splitting flag stone using hammer, chisel, pry bar, and round sledge properly
Sorting and piling stone neatly onto pallets as per the thickness
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
