We are looking for a hard-working, driven individual who wants to get their foot in the door in the glazing industry. We are looking for someone who wants to be a team-player, who can problem solve, use critical thinking skills and help get the work done. We have an immediate opening for Shop Hand; which is an entry level (or experienced) role. In this position you will have the opportunity to grow with the company if you choose to do so.
Job Duties:
The assistant glazier will assist senior crew members in all production areas. Whether that is in production in the shop, or at job sites there is a constant variety of challenges to face.
Qualifications:
There is no experience or education necessary but a good work ethic is absolutely required.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Prospective Candidates should be in good physical condition as there is heavy lifting involved in this job.
Ability to work well with others
Punctuality
Detail oriented and commitment to quality
Comfortable with hand tools
Good communication skills
Valid Drivers License
