Full job description
Banks Contractingis a growing company looking to hire responsible, hard working, dedicated employees. We’re currently looking to bring on a general labourer. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.
The ideal candidate must be able to follow direction, complete physical tasks: raking, shoveling, lifting and work well both independently and as part of a team. This role is also responsible for packing up tools, cleaning and preparing the work area, and keeping the worksite tidy.
Requirements:
Good attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Active listening skills.
Ability to work well as with little supervision.
Ability to take and follow instruction.
Professional and courteous demeanor when dealing with the public.
Experience in construction or related field is a plus
We offer competitive wages, on site training, and a customizable benefits package after the probation period (3 months).

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
