Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labour tasks including loading and unloading and moving materials
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work enviroment
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Support team members in completing maintenance projects on timeand to high standards
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the work site
- Qualifications
- Concrete/Foundations repairs (interior/exterior)
- General home/building repairs (interior/exterior)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Abiltiy to follow instructions accurately
- General carpentry repairs
- WHMIS
- Working at Heights Certificate
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
