We are currently hiring General Laborers to join our growing team at $18.00.
A Prominent Hardscape & Excavation is a full-service excavation, concrete, and hardscape contractor based in Cleveland. Who serves homeowners and contractors throughout Tennessee and surrounding areas, specializing in land clearing, site prep, retaining walls, driveways, patios, and drainage solutions. Seeking Employees who enjoy outside work’ Pay up to $18.00
Responsibilities:
- Assist with land clearing, excavation, and site preparation
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Support installation of retaining walls, patios, driveways, and drainage systems
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow directions from foreman and operators
Qualifications:
- Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred (not required)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Reliable transportation
