What You’ll Do
- Cabinet, flooring, tile, and door installation
- Demolition and rough preparation work
- General remodeling tasks as directed by the lead superintendent
- Material pickups and deliveries to job sites
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability and a positive, team-first attitude — above everything else
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in remodeling, construction, or a related trade
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Personal auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and follow direction from a lead superintendent
- Comfortable working in residential environments and directly around homeowners
Nice to Have
- Experience with tile setting, cabinet installation, or flooring installation
- Own basic hand tools
