Overview
Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer in the Clean & TV / CIPP Division! This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to essential infrastructure maintenance and improvement projects. We are currently conducting pre‑screening and interviews to join our Clean & TV / CIPP (Cured‑In‑Place Pipe) construction team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform quality work with minimal supervision.
This is a full‑time position (40+ hours per week) working on construction sites throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota, with additional projects near our home base in Fargo and across North Dakota. Travel and overnight stays are required, with occasional weekend work depending on project schedules, weather, and workload. As a vital part of our operations, you will assist with cleaning, inspection, and installation tasks that keep our clients’ systems running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Assist with cleaning and preparing work sites to ensure safety and efficiency during project execution
- Support the installation, inspection, and maintenance of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) systems and related equipment
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely under supervision to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Help with the transportation and setup of materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper disposal of debris and waste materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn proper handling of tools and equipment
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Basic understanding of construction or industrial environments is a plus but not required
- Valid Driver License
- Prior experience in general labor or construction roles is advantageous but not mandatory
- Willingness to follow detailed instructions and adhere to company safety policies
