TRM NRE in Weston is hiring laborers!
Our laborers must be okay with working in all types of environmental and dirty conditions. They work hard to assure all work practices are within the guidelines of OSHA, be willing to learn and work as part of a team and follow all safety and company regulations.
Our ideal applicant will also be required to perform other jobs throughout the shop from time to time depending on the work load and the need to assist other employees as determined by the supervisor.
Skills Experience & Preferred Abilities
Regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasionally required to climb or balance. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 – 100 pounds. Employee will be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and and wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, and airborne particles.
- Assist in completing the weekly schedule to meet production needs
- Assure all work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA
- Fill out purchase requisition forms for supplies needing re-ordered
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Willingness to learn and work as part of the team
- Assure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality
- Understand the importance of quality and corrects problems without further issues
- Reports all problems and issues to the superintendent
- Constantly assess work environment to make the work area a better and safer place to work. All ideas will be submitted to the superintendent
