We’re currently looking for a General Laborer to help keep our advanced manufacturing operations running smoothly. If you enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working with cutting-edge equipment, this is the opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do
Work directly on the production line to assemble and finish high-quality furniture components.
Safely and efficiently operate pneumatic tools and production machinery.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
Follow production plans and instructions with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Adapt to different workstations and tasks based on operational needs.
What You Bring
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and team spirit — you’re ready to work hard and have fun doing it.
Ability to perform physical work — lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and moving throughout your entire shift.
Dependability — we count on each other to show up and do our best every day.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (an asset).
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to safely and efficiently operate pneumatic tools and production machinery.
Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and precision in task execution.
Ability to stand, lift light to moderate loads, and move throughout the shift.
Reliability, punctuality, and team spirit in a dynamic work environment.
Awareness of workplace health and safety and adherence to applicable standards.
