We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving various aspects of our facilities and equipment. Duties
- Perform general repairs and maintenance on buildings, fixtures, and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues before they become major problems
- Repair plumbing, electrical systems, drywall, flooring, and other structural components
- Assist with painting, carpentry, and landscaping tasks as needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
- Maintain tools and supplies in an organized manner for easy access
- Document completed repairs and upcoming maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and management
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation purposes
