The Park Place, in the West Kootenays, is a multi-family development located in the heart of Castlegar’s community. The project is over 80,000sqft, this includes 54 residential units and 8 commercial units commercial/retail spaces;.
Duties:
Perform various physical labor tasks as assigned including standing for extended periods, lifting, climbing, bending, pushing, and pulling.
Assist with loading and unloading materials.
Ability to work with hand/power tools and equipment, including skid-steers or forklifts (if accredited).
Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Regular and punctual attendance on-site, following the posted schedule
Experience:
First Aid required.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Experience operating telehandlers with a valid telehandler ticket is preferred.
