Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various facilities. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Duties: – Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, and common areas – Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors – Empty trash bins and replace liners – Dust surfaces and polish furniture – Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces – Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms – Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines – Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor Skills: – Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers – Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure client satisfaction – Ability to clean efficiently and effectively – Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines – Familiarity with hand tools for basic maintenance tasks – Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques – Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required – Experience with power tools for specialized cleaning tasks is a plus – Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred We offer competitive pay rates based on experience and qualifications.
