We are currently seeking a dedicated Split Shift Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This role offers a flexible schedule, with evening shifts and some daytime shifts that can be tailored to your availability. The position requires approximately 30-40 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours for those interested. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $20.43 to $24 per hour, *paid as a subcontractor*.
Responsibilities:
Perform commercial cleaning duties according to established standards and procedures.
Clean and sanitize designated areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Restock supplies and notify management of any maintenance/supplies needed.
Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience. *references checked*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
**Reliable transportation to travel to various work sites**
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
