Job Responsibilities:
• Operate a Garbage or Recycle truck as a single loader/operator.
• Responsible for various residential curbside pickups – garbage, yard waste, organics, and recycling.
• Conduct daily pre-and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Provide friendly, reliable service, and complete assigned daily routes.
• Perform repetitive lifting (up to 50lbs) into the hopper from the ground.
• Collect and deliver waste to local transfer stations and landfills.
Requirements:
• Must reside in any of the cities listed:
Kitchener, Waterloo, Woodstock, Brantford, Guelph, or Cambridge.
• Previous DZ or AZ driving; no newly licensed drivers.
• DZ license, CVOR, and Drivers Abstract.
• Previous experience in the waste industry is advantageous.

Physical fitness
for repetitive lifting (up to 50lbs).
• Ability to drive and load efficiently.
•
Adaptability
to work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and steel-toed work boots above the ankle.

Salary: $26.00-$26.50 per hour
