Get involved in the excitement of Lakers Athletics as Game Day Staff at Nipissing University. Support a variety of sports and provide excellent service to athletes and fans for events.
This role is ideal for full-time post-secondary students eager to assist in creating a smooth game day experience from September 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. Positions may include statistician, scoreboard operator, DJ support, and more. You will participate in pre-season training to learn essential roles and duties while working up to 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in various game day roles, such as scorekeeping and admissions
• Set up equipment and signage before each game
• Execute assigned tasks accurately during events
• Provide excellent service to athletes and spectators
• Support post-game cleanup and organization
Requirements:
• Must be a full-time post-secondary student
• Valid work study permit and Social Insurance Number
• Proof of student status and work eligibility in Canada
• Commitment to professionalism and teamwork
• Participation in the NUWORK Program
