Tasks

Perform full assembly of custom commercial furniture while meeting production deadlines.
Carry out veneering work with precision to ensure a high-end finish.
Install and adjust components such as hardware, drawers, doors, and mechanisms.
Make adjustments and corrections to guarantee a flawless final product.
Work independently on projects while meeting team productivity targets.
Collaborate with colleagues to support project progress and ensure complete delivery.
Actively contribute to improving workshop efficiency.
Maintain an organized, safe, and quality-focused work environment.
Ensure that each project meets the company’s high standards before delivery.
Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in cabinetmaking or custom furniture assembly.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
Proficiency in commercial furniture assembly techniques (essential).
Experience in veneering and surface finishing (a strong asset).
Ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity levels.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality (no compromises on the final result).
Good physical capacity to work in a workshop environment on a daily basis.
Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude in a production environment.
Experience with workshop tools and equipment (pneumatic tools, machinery, etc.).
Valid driver’s license.
