Tasks

  • Perform full assembly of custom commercial furniture while meeting production deadlines.
  • Carry out veneering work with precision to ensure a high-end finish.
  • Install and adjust components such as hardware, drawers, doors, and mechanisms.
  • Make adjustments and corrections to guarantee a flawless final product.
  • Work independently on projects while meeting team productivity targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support project progress and ensure complete delivery.
  • Actively contribute to improving workshop efficiency.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and quality-focused work environment.
  • Ensure that each project meets the company’s high standards before delivery.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

  • Job requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in cabinetmaking or custom furniture assembly.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
  • Proficiency in commercial furniture assembly techniques (essential).
  • Experience in veneering and surface finishing (a strong asset).
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality (no compromises on the final result).
  • Good physical capacity to work in a workshop environment on a daily basis.
  • Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude in a production environment.
  • Experience with workshop tools and equipment (pneumatic tools, machinery, etc.).
  • Valid driver’s license.
