Responsibilities

- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies to maintain a safe and respectful space.
- Work closely with children to support their individual needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to communicate student progress and address any concerns related to child welfare or development.
- Organize activities that foster childhood development, including daycare routines, preschool experiences, and toddler care initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood or preschool settings; prior private school or daycare experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies.
- Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and students’ families.
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that meet developmental milestones for toddlers through preschool-aged children.
