Full Time – Student Enrollment Advisor Jobs in North York at AAPS

AAPS College is seeking a dynamic and proactive Student Enrollment Advisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating the enrollment process, providing exceptional support, and contributing to the growth of our educational community.

**Qualifications:**

University degree or college diploma in marketing/business administration or a related field.
2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
Proven strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
Strong data entry and computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel), Outlook.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative in seeking new opportunities and bring forward an action plan with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented, pleasant personality, strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
Knowledge of the Post-Secondary education and Career College system, and an ability to thoroughly understand AAPS programs, services, and admission procedures.
Experience working in a student recruitment capacity is an asset.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as HubSpot.
Flexible to work days, evenings, and occasionally on weekends.

**Responsibilities:**

Actively engage with prospective students, addressing inquiries, and providing information via email, phone, and in person.
Showcase the benefits of AAPS programs to positively influence student enrollment.
Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to manage and track student interactions, ensuring a personalized and efficient recruitment process.
Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ eligibility for programs and schedule follow-up appointments.
Maintain and update the AAPS educational support software to ensure accurate and current information.
Process payments and revise invoices as needed.
Adhere to college policies, including privacy and confidentiality.
Demonstrate flexibility by being available to work days, evenings, and weekends occasionally.
