With your in-depth plant knowledge and exceptional customer service, you’ll provide “plant-tastic” assistance, answering questions, and helping customers find their perfect plant companions.
You will also shine in helping to maintain our eye-catching displays, restock our amazing plant selection, and keep our store floor fresh and vibrant. With your organizational skills, you’ll keep our plants and shelves tidy, ensuring our customers have a visually stunning shopping experience.
As a “Plant Ambassador,” you’ll also be our go-to guru at the information desk, providing plant wisdom and friendly assistance to customers. Your knack for basic merchandising will come in handy as you help customers find products on the floor and create an organized and welcoming environment around the information desk.

Duties and Responsibilities
Retail Floor
Create a welcoming environment by greeting all customers as they walk through the doors
Providing excellent customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority and answers questions
Maximizing sales opportunities to achieve store targets
Keep up to date with knowledge which includes new products, promotions, and rewards program
Complete all opening and closing procedures
Scan merchandise and goods at the cash register
Receive and process customer transactions
Ensure the front end of the store is clean and free of debris
Plant Stocking
Restock plants on the retail floor
Help maintain plant displays by cleaning and organizing
Deadhead and clean up plants
Assist with receiving shipments and organizing them on the retail floor
Qualifications
In-depth plant knowledge
Strong organizational skills
Ability to problem-solve
Exceptional customer service
Basic merchandising knowledge
Must be able to lift at least 30lbs
