We are looking for a Full time receptionist with exceptional communication skills, professional and dependable to join our Kanata and Nepean location. This position will require travel between locations.
Responsibilities
Managing multiple phone lines
Data entry and verification
Accounts receivable
Scheduling deliveries
Communicating with warehouse employees
General office support
Qualifications
Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, Bilingualism considered an asset.
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Professional attitude with strong time management skills
Must be able to work independently
Positive attitude, flexible and self-motivated
Proficient in computers: Excel, Outlook, MS Word
