Full-time Hotel Maintenance Worker Jobs in Balzac at Days Inn Calgary North Balzac
The Days Inn Calgary North Balzac is taking applications for a Full-time Hotel Maintenance Worker (Temporary 3-Month Term). The Maintenance Worker maintains the hotel in an efficient manner to ensure that guests receive a clean, attractive and secure place to stay. You will be maintaining, monitoring, repairing and conducting routine preventive maintenance to hotel building and property. Please note you must have reliable transportation to this location as there is no public transit in the area.
Duties include but are not limited to:
– Responsible for the condition and inventory of maintenance supplies, tools and various equipment.
– Performs preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
– Performs preventative maintenance on guestrooms.
– Performs work order requests on a daily basis.
– Responds to emergency maintenance requests as received from housekeeping, front desk, management or guests.
– Provides security for guests and property by following all key procedures, maintains work areas in a clean, well-organized condition and follows all safety regulations.
– Maintains cost effectiveness when purchasing items needed by the hotel.
