The Guest Experience

A Day In The Life
· Taking care of clients from the time they book an appointment to when they are finished
. Supporting the sales of Aveda and EVO products by having a genuine interest in our guest’s needs
· Managing daily appointments using an intuitive salon software
· Ensuring inventory is tightly controlled and that ordering is done regularly
· Central point of contact for the Stylists and Management as the person who knows where everything is, what we need to do more of and how to ensure guests have an exceptional experience
· Take responsibility for keeping the salon clean, including laundry, sweeping, mopping and dishes
To Be Successful In This Role You Must:
· Have 3 years experience working in customer care for high end retail or hospitality industry as our guests have come to expect excellent service
· Have experience using software as all of our appointment booking and how we communicate is electronic
· Be willing to be flexible with work schedules as this role will work days, evenings and Saturdays depending on your schedule to meet operational requirements.
