Panago is a small, family-owned restaurant in Ladysmith, BC. We are a casual, fast-paced style restaurant that serves fresh, made-to-order food in a casual environment. We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to our exact specifications and standards. The ideal candidate will have strong motivation, communication and determination. Responsibilities
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare stations for service
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow team leaders instructions
- Keep all work stations clean and complete daily cleaning chores
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
