Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Ensure all food is cooked properly, maintaining appropriate temperatures and presentation standards
  • Serve meals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene and sanitation
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas throughout shifts
  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours

Experience

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or similar roles within a restaurant or food service environment
  • Knowledge of food handling safety standards and best practices in the kitchen
  • Experience with meal preparation for large groups or in a high-volume setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with the food industry’s sanitation regulations and safety protocols
  • Prior restaurant or kitchen experience demonstrating proficiency in serving, food preparation, and cooking techniques is highly desirable

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
