**Job Title: Cleaning Technician**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a positive, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Technician. The ideal candidate should be physically fit and capable of performing tasks that may be physically demanding.
**Responsibilities:**
– Perform cleaning duties in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
– Sweep, vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors.
– Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
– Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas.
– Empty trash containers and replace liners.
– Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
– Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
– Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
**Requirements:**
– Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
– Reliable and punctual.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and cleanliness.
– Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
– Physically fit and able to perform tasks that may be physically demanding.
– Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
– Must be able to pass a background check.
– Must have access to a car and be able to drive
