Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various facilities. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
– Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, and common areas
– Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors
– Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
– Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
– Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
– Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs
– Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
– Operate hand tools and power tools as required for cleaning tasks
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
– Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
– Strong attention to detail and time management skills
– Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
– Knowledge of basic facilities maintenance is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.59-$21.29 per hour
