Located at 6 Douglas Road in Quinte West, by the end of 2024 the 18-acre property will offer over 165,000 sq. ft. of premium, national retailers, casual dining restaurants, a fully-licensed sports grill, 24-hour gym and a one-of-a-kind 18-hole adventure golf and high ropes park.
Homestead Marketplace is hiring a Full-Time Cleaner for our Trenton location.
Homestead Marketplace is looking for a motivated and reliable cleaner to perform general custodial duties (such as cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting) to help keep our store looking its best. We’re offering flexible, full-time hours from Monday to Friday at a competitive hourly wage!

Motivated and reliable
A detail-oriented individual
Able to work independently
Able to manage your time appropriately
Your responsibilities in this role:
Take pride in keeping our store clean and tidy
Disinfect high traffic showroom surfaces daily
Clean/disinfect washrooms including stalls, mirrors, walls, toilets, floors, and sinks
Clean/disinfect staff rooms including sinks, countertops, appliances, and eating areas
Empty Garbage/Recycling bins
Dust furniture, appliances, and electronics
Vacuum/sweep and spot mop floors where applicable
Clean glass surfaces
Restock single unit dispensers containing soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate supply needs
Practice all Health & Safety procedures and policies
What you’ll bring to the team:
Previous cleaning experience is an asset
WHMIS training is an asset
An ability to read cleaning instructions
A level of mathematical skills sufficient to perform calculations such as cleaning fluids ratios
An ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
A positive attitude and the ability to take initiative

Starting at $18.00/hour
