Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and professional bartender to take over the bar program at Elizabeth.
Applicants must have experience crafting cocktails.

Our restaurant is 32 seats and is open Tuesday-Saturday 5-10pm
Duties:
– Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
– Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
– Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
– Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
– Upsell drinks and promote special offers
– Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption
Experience:
– Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
– Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
– Familiarity with cash handling procedures
– Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
– Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
