PurrTea is a local operated brand since 2020. We have three locations in West Market Square, Mount Royal Village and Willow Park Village. With the business growing we are constantly seeking for peers with great potentials to grow with the team.
Currently we’re hiring full-time, permanent staff for all locations, this posting is for West Market Square (104-1851 Sirocco Drive SW) ONLY, please submit your interest with cauition. We’re not accepting seasonal applications at this time.
Please keep in mind that all staff will take trial shifts and training shifts at West Market Square location without any exceptions.
We offer meal subsity and item discount for regular employees.
All tips go to employees after probation and the distribution is done by team member instead of the owner.
Time-off requests are allowed after probation period and outside of peak seasons.
Wage raises are seen 2-3 times annually based on performance.

Job description
The candidate should be able to:
Understand, remember and be familar with the menu items, its compositions and allergent information
Take customer orders with high accuracy, including the correct items, the item’s modifier options, quantity and label of the items, or, if applicable, notify team member about new orders
Understanding POS procedures, features & benefits (for customers), handle transactions with different payment method, including but not limited to: cash, card, gift card, loyalty account
Take phone calls and accept take-away orders
Have basic POS Payment tender equipment skills
Follow SOP and establish clear team communication for task assignment
Multitask, and work under pressure

Tuesday morning shift
Friday and Sunday all day
Minimum 3 weekday morning shift availability on or after September (Must Have)

Pay: $15.00-$16.50 per hour
