Full Charge Bookkeeper

Neal Ranstrom CPA has a current opening for a Full Charge Bookkeeper. This is a full-time position in our Pinetop office working with multiple small business clients and on various bookkeeping and accounting projects. The ability to travel to our Holbrook office on an as-needed basis is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeping role.
  • Minimum of three years working with QuickBooks Desktop and Online software, including payroll. This includes quarterly and annual reporting of 941s and W3/W2s.
  • Must be detail oriented and consistently adhere to specific instructions given regarding office policy and procedure.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel; typing (45 WPM) and 10 key required.
  • Other duties may include answering phones, opening/closing the office and greeting clients.
  • Maintain consistent and predictable attendance, supporting business hours of 8:30-5, Monday through Friday.
