We are hiring a reliable, safety-focused Fuel Delivery Driver to support our growing operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in execution, understands the importance of uptime, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to customers.
You will report directly to the Calgary General Manager and play a critical role in ensuring fuel is delivered safely, efficiently, and without disruption.
The Role
As a Fuel Delivery Driver, you are responsible for executing daily fuel deliveries across Calgary and surrounding areas. You will operate independently in the field while maintaining close coordination with dispatch and leadership.
Success in this role is straightforward: deliver fuel safely, on-time, and without error while representing FuelSrv with professionalism.
Schedule
Primary shift: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Flexibility required based on operational needs, customer demand, and coverage
Key Responsibilities
Fuel Delivery & Operations
- Safely operate fuel delivery trucks in compliance with all regulations
- Complete scheduled and on-demand fuel deliveries accurately and on-time
- Follow all safety protocols, handling procedures, and compliance requirements
- Ensure proper documentation of deliveries and transactions
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or issues
Equipment & Vehicle Care
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections
- Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the truck and equipment
- Report maintenance needs or mechanical issues proactively
Customer Service
- Represent FuelSrv professionally at all customer sites
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients on-site
- Address basic service concerns and escalate issues when needed
Reliability & Accountability
- Show up prepared and on-time for scheduled shifts
- Be available for schedule adjustments when operationally required
- Take ownership of completing all assigned deliveries without miss
Qualifications
- Required: Valid Class 3 Driver’s License
- Preferred: Valid Class 1 Driver’s License
- Preferred: TDG Certification (past or current)
- Preferred: WHMIS Certification (past or current)
- Preferred: First Aid Certification (past or current)
- Experience operating commercial vehicles, preferably in fuel or liquid transport
- Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working evening, weekend, and variable hours

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
