You thrive in wearing multiple hats within a small team environment, tackling various challenges head-on
Ownership and driving feature development are second nature to you; we operate without Product Managers, so engineers take the lead
You prioritize outcomes over outputs, ensuring that our efforts align with delivering tangible results
The Skills You’ll Bring
Proficiency in React (Typescript) with at least 3 years of professional experience. Familiarity with HTML and CSS is also essential
Strong design sensibility; as we lack a dedicated designer, you’ll be making critical design decisions
Excellent communication skills, as you’ll interact directly with customers on a daily basis
Willingness to engage in backend work; experience with Python and Go is a bonus but not mandatory. We value adaptability and a willingness to learn
