General information:
Commonwealth Plywood Inc., located in Whitehall, NY is looking for a qualified candidate who can fill the position of a floater in our office. Mainly to work close with inside sales. This job is a Monday through Friday position 8:30am to 5.00pm. It is a great opportunity to get experience in the different aspects of an office position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Skills
· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including general paperwork, answering phones.
Customer service – orders in system, daily order file updates press & production schedule
. Post office, and bank trips as needed
· Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Access preferred
· Solid work ethic with strong decision-making skills
· Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction and supervision
· Superior customer service skills.
· Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic!
· Strong problem resolution skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $17.50 per hour
