Responsibilities:
– Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
– Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information
– Operate POS systems accurately to process transactions
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area
– Handle cash and card transactions efficiently
– Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
– Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs
Qualifications:
– Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the food industry
– Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems
– Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Excellent math skills for handling transactions accurately
