REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Attendant
Experience in hotels, resorts, or any accommodations is a must
Willingness to learn and work hard
Open to various locations in Canada
Responsibilities include performing:
Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all guests.
Adhere to all standard operating procedures and understand all department processes and policies
Selling the hotel’s features and benefits over the phone and in person at the front desk
Understanding guest concerns in order to resolve all issues prior to the guest’s departure
Distributing express checkout receipts to departing guests.
Properly logging detailed information on daily activities.
Assisting with the check-in and check-out of groups and tours.
Answering and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
Complying with all operating procedures and policies.
Logs and tags lost and found items brought to the desk from housekeeping.
