Upstate Breaker Wholesale is one of the nation’s leading buyers and sellers of electrical equipment. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Freight Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team.
If you enjoy working both in the warehouse and at a computer, have good organizational skills, and like keeping things moving efficiently, this is an excellent opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate freight shipments with customers and freight brokers
- Schedule LTL and full truckload shipments
- Prepare and input shipment information into our computer systems
- Email customers, freight companies, and brokers regarding shipment status
- Review and process eBay and online sales orders for shipment
- Tag and identify freight items prior to shipping
- Verify shipment details and ensure accurate documentation
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move electrical equipment
- Assist with preparing freight for pickup
- Work with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure orders ship on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
- Forklift experience (certification is a plus, but we can train the right candidate)
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work around industrial equipment
- Dependable with a strong work ethic

- Freight logistics or transportation coordination
- LTL shipping
- eBay order processing
- Shipping software
- Warehouse inventory systems
