About this Position:
We seek an experienced Logistic Coordinator stationed at our Vancouver office.
Job Description:
Organize and input various logistics information of the company, ensuring timely retrieval and updates.
Organize and track all customs clearance documents promptly.
Coordinate end-to-end logistics distribution, liaising with freight forwarders and trucking companies.
Manage and organize the inbound and outbound inventory information of the company.
Responsible for all other related data entry tasks.
Requirement:
Proficient in both English and Chinese communication.
Detail-oriented with a conscientious approach to tasks.
Familiar with international trade and logistics, understanding customs clearance processes.
Knowledgeable in end-to-end logistics operations.
Prior experience in freight forwarding is preferred, and a background in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) is advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $43,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
