Your first mandate is a full redesign of several of our websites. This is the priority and it's substantial. We're talking complete visual overhauls: layout, typography, imagery direction, and page design that matches where these brands are going, not where they started.
Once the redesigns ship, you'll move into our ongoing design needs:
- Social media graphics across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads
- Event materials, including invites, signage, and landing pages
- Client-facing documents and presentation decks
- Email graphics, marketing collateral, and web updates
Who you are
- Strong web design portfolio. This is non-negotiable, since websites are the first project. Show us sites you've designed, not just graphics
- Experience designing for luxury or premium brands. You understand restraint, whitespace, and typography that signals expensive
- Comfortable working with developers or in platforms like Webflow, Framer, or similar
- Fast and self-directed. You take a brief, ask smart questions once, and deliver
- Range. The matchmaking brand needs quiet luxury, the staffing brand needs energy, the beauty brand needs clean and modern
