Forklift Shipper/Receiver – AM Shift
Immediate full- time position for an experienced Shipper-Receiver with a production facility to manage the production flow, client orders and customer service.
Wage:
$19.00/hr. + paid benefits for employee
Shift:
Monday – Thursday – 5:00AM – 3:30PM (4- day work week)
Every weekend is a long weekend
Responsibilities:
· Main point of contact for the delivery personnel and suppliers
· Recommends corrective services to adjust customer complaints
· Assigns loads for internal staff; manages deliveries to the warehouse
· Computer input of work volume statistics and customer services requests
· Prepares work schedules, expedites workflow, ensures next shift is prepared
· Schedules inbound and outbound appointments, manages transactions
Qualifications:
· 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
· 2-3 years’ sit-down counterbalance propane forklift experience is required
· Competent computer literacy to input, track and manage inventory levels and activities
· Ability to multi-task and respond well to shifting priorities and challenging deadlines
· Must be customer-focused through exceptional service to customers and employees
