Full job description
Night Shift :From Monday – Friday (1:30 pm to 09:30 pm ) Possible rotation shift
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma of secondary studies (DES).
Ability to work with an RF scanner.
Have experience with the narrow aisle/Double reach forklift.
Strong understanding of inventory operation.
Have two (2) or more years of experience as a forklift operator, ideally in the food storage industry.
Possess a current Forklift operator card and experience working in a Warehouse Management System (WMS environment – an asset).
Ability to work in a bilingual work environment (French and English required to serve internal and external customers).
Able and willing to work in a cold environment (-18˚C).
Organized, reliable, and responsible.
Care about customer satisfaction, without neglecting the results.
Ability to learn fast.
Responsibilities
Receive the merchandises and control the quantities.
Prepare the orders and load the trailers.
Cycle counts.
Stock pallets of merchandise received on the shelves.
Answer the needs of the production unit for raw materials.
Draw up the inventories (annually and occasionally).
Fill out the shipping and receiving forms.
Contribute to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Work Conditions
Salary $21.71/ hour (40 h / week, with overtime available).
Benefits and insurance plan after 3 months of employment (medical, dental, life insurance and disability, paramedical services, etc.).
Five (5) paid personal days after three (3) months of employment.
Refrigerated warehouse (-18C).
Equipment to work in the cold fully supplied by the company.
