Position overview

We are hiring skilled and reliable Forklift Operators for warehouse roles with full-time schedules across all three shifts. You will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse. This role provides consistent work, opportunities for growth, and the potential for permanent employment. You will receive comprehensive training and the tools necessary to perform your tasks effectively while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operating reach trucks (wire-guided + non-wire-guided), tow motors, and powered/pneumatic hand jacks

• Moving, storing, and picking material; loading and unloading; RF scanning

• Counting and recording units; assisting shipping/receiving as needed

Requirements

• 6+ months forklift experience (reach truck strongly preferred; sit-down and stand-up)

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk a full shift

• English; reliable attendance; steel-toe boots (confirm)
