Stand Up Forklift Operator
Location: Arctic Cold Storage – St. Cloud, MN
Job Type: Full-Time (OT available but not mandatory)
Shifts Available:
- Monday – Friday 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a stand-up forklift (the only kind we have); counter-balance and reach truck
- Safely and efficiently transport product within the warehouse
- Complete tasks including replenishment, receiving, order picking, loading, unloading, and stacking product
- Follow safety procedures and comply with company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience Preferred but Career Changers with an excellent work history will be considered
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (36 F)
- Reliable attendance and teamwork mentality
