JOB DESCRIPTION
Compass Packaging seeks a dedicated and driven individual with a strong work ethic to add to our Production Team. Compass Packaging was founded in 2003 as an independently owned manufacturer of corrugated cartons and displays. We hold ourselves accountable to our core values: Safety, Integrity, and Compassion.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful Forklift Operator must have complete knowledge and ability to operate a Forklift. This position is on the forklift for 95% of the shift moving raw materials and finished goods throughout the plant. Become Compass and certified.
Material handlers/Forklift operator must:
- Understand all the Safety Features and Guidelines.
- Perform daily tow motor checks.
- Learn material placement and storage.
- Load and unload conveyor and work centers.
- Be trained on Kiwi software to be able to feed machine’s with stock.
