Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Food Service Worker to join our team. As a Food Service Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Duties:
– Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing salads, and assembling sandwiches
– Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
– Serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
– Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, kitchen, and food preparation areas
– Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed
– Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
– Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service
Skills:
– Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred
– Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide friendly and attentive service
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
– Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
– Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when necessary
Preferably has a knowledge in preparing Kampangan dishes and can speak Kapampangan.
