Full job description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Take customer orders and process payments using a POS system.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
Assist with food preparation as needed.
Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about menu items.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
