Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beverage Server to join our team. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage service. Responsibilities:
– Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
– Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
– Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area
– Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS systems
– Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
– Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
– Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
– Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
