Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
Upsell additional menu items or specials to increase sales
Take orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Assist with food preparation and presentation (plating, garnishing).
Work collaboratively with other team members to provide seamless service.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive and friendly attitude.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Fluency in Arabic is a strong asset.
