Wednesday thru Friday: 11:30am to 8:30pm
Weekends: 9:30am to 6:30pm
We are a local dog-friendly restaurant on the Hamilton Mountain and we offer a fairly large menu to our visiting human guests, as well as their canine companions.
The dogs are off-leash at all times, and are permitted to run about all dining areas, playing and having fun while you are attending customers at their tables.
Someone that is fearful of dogs need not apply.
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests by taking and delivering beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
– Greet customers and take their food and beverage orders
– Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including non-alcoholic drinks
– Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
– Provide recommendations on beverage selections based on customer preferences
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of all preparation areas
– Process payments and handle cash transactions
– Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
– Knowledge of the food industry, including food handling, and service
– Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
– Ability to maintain composure under pressure
